The pupils from St. Saviour's School Ikoyi, go to a range of destinations after they have finished their education with us. We are highly regarded for our academic success and our children achieve very good results in all the examinations they take.
Some pupils will remain in Nigeria until they are 16 and successfully complete IGCSEs in a number of very good British Curriculum schools locally. They are able to attend both full boarding and flexible boarding schools that prepare them very well for Senior schools or their Sixth Form education.
Some pupils will spend 2 years at a senior school in Nigeria and then progress at 13+ to schools in the UK. They attend interviews for their senior schools and sometimes take their pre-entrance 13+ tests whilst still at St. Saviour's.
The vast majority of the children who remain in Nigeria transfer to one of Four British Curriculum school
Every year a substantial number of children transfer to schools abroad at either 10 or 11 years old, either to spend two years in a British Prep school or to enter straight into a Senior school at 11.
To ensure that our children transfer to their first choice school, either in Nigeria or the UK, they are fully prepared whilst at St. Saviour's for the British Common Entrance (ISEB) 11+ examination, UK Public Schools' own 11+ examinations and local British Curriculum school entrance tests.
