Our Sporting Philosophy

Every child must learn to respond positively to challenges, be enterprising and handle risk and to develop self-confidence and physical capabilities in order to enjoy healthy, active and fulfilling lives.

Skill development and Competitive Sports

At St Saviour's we believe that creating opportunities for children to participate in and enjoy a variety of physical activities is very important. This the school achieves through a robust physical education, extra-curricular and pastoral programme.

Our Physical education curriculum largely focuses on skill development across our core sports; Athletics, Swimming, and Football in addition to other seasonal sports such as Gymnastics, Hockey, Rugby, Basketball, Handball, among others.

Our Extra-Curricular provision for sports offers a wide range of activities to accommodate the participation of all abilities of our children. Our high-performance Elite Squad is poised to ensure that our children are enabled to perform and represent the school excellently at any external competition.
